Oneil Cruz has been called dumb, low IQ, and was even called a bad base runner by the team’s announcer. Meanwhile Jake Mangum sails throws over the cut off man, gets picked off regularly and runs himself into outs and the fanbase wants him to replace Cruz. Wonder why that is?

@SkenesSZNPIT I would argue that sailing your cutoff man, especially when you don’t have the arm strength to make up for it, is pretty dumb considering you allow trail runners to advance. I would say that diving for balls in the outfield that you he has no business diving for is pretty dumb.

@SteeloCity Mangum is worse than Cruz and it’s a decent gap. but he’s closer than I would’ve thought. I wouldn’t trade anyone either, though if you could legitimately get two above average RPs and like a 4th/5th starter I’d consider it (I don’t think a team would do that)
