Fire breathing is a hallmark of dragon adaptation, but sometimes just the appearance of flame is enough to inspire fear. The flamefrill dragon is a formidable desert predator, instantly recognizable by its “false flame,” or massive, retractable neck frill. When threatened or preparing to strike, the dragon fans out its frill revealing rings of scarlet and deep orange, mimicking the flash of fire. Because flamefrills share habitat with other legitimate fire breathers, potential rivals and prey alike are trained to fear the colors of flame, making this imitative strategy widely successful. Additionally, without the energy expenditure needed to produce hydrogen, flamefrills are able to hunt for longer periods than their fire-breathing counterparts. kinda hating all the writing fanfiction discourse going on. we don't need: - rules for amount of words to write - timeframe to deliver a chapter/new fic - demanding updates rudely we need: - basic support (like or rt or kudos or comment). not that hard. is it? 🤔

I genuinely do not care if artists use the csp smart shape tool or use shortcuts to speed up their art process in this day and age, and i find it annoying when people get pretentious and shame artists for using the tools given to you to speedup the process.
