Fun and tiring day with @IdiotWinded. Around 47 miles on the bikepacking rigs. Single ring 32T with 29x3.0 tires. Lunch and trail beers, then beers with snacks then more trail beers. Maybe I’ll be ready for this trip in 2 weeks. Thanks the stupid my friend!

Dylan does things on Blood on the Tracks that are basically without peer when it comes to songwriting. Tangled Up in Blue is basically an entire epic novel in less than 6 minutes. The lives you glimpse clearly intersect, but also might separated by centuries. GOATed stuff.

I had to stop at McD’s for fries and Coke to get home. Bike food was not doing me any good with the heat. Longest ride this year was 40 miles. Big thanks to @IdiotWinded for pacing me home, @joelflom for putting it together and @jTfromCO for the beers post ride that hit the spot.

I love my buddies who come up with crazy rides. Yesterday we rode the entire Highline Canal trail. Rode the train to the airport and then home. 14 of us cruising around 70 miles under 6hrs. Big pieces of me left all over the trail though. Heat got me for the last 20 miles at 90*.
