Still in Bauchi State. As part of my itinerary in Bauchi state yesterday Thursday 23rd, 2026, after visiting, Madarasatu Intisharul Islam Qismu Tahfizul, Qur'an, Yelwa, I visited Malikiya College of Nursing Sciences, Bauchi. I had visited the institution in the past and donated 10 million naira which they used to set up their ICT computer centre, which I was impressed to see alongside their increased student intake. During my visit, I donated another 10million naira. Health is critical for development and we must invest in the human infrastructure needed for that development. A new Nigeria is POsssible. -PO

There was a threador article that Pa Ikhide @ikhide wrote about Tunde the first time he was dragged last year after meeting with Tinubu. He said, and I quote: "Tunde Onakoya should be comforted by one thought: The fury over his meeting with Tinubu is an accurate measure of how Nigerians have come to see him: As a respected and beloved national figure. Not many people would garner such outrage. He should be proud of himself, listen to what folks are trying to communicate to him, and correct course." This was the very best opinion on that entire brouhaha amd it stuck with me; but I don't think Tunde read or heeded to the words in that post. I've just seen a 2022 post which he captioned "first person in history to play chess under third mainland bridge." The only differences between this and the one that caused the recent uproar were the absence of "Nigerian" and swapping third mainland bridge for the louvre. While the 2022 post received nothing but love, the 2026 post received mixed reactions, mostly negative. If he was one who's given to introspection, he'd have realised that the louvre post wasn't the abuse of the angst; but alas, it appears he now sees himself as beyond reproach.
