What is happening @IESCO_Official @IescoAt @dcislamabad? We are having 40 minute electricity load shedding in sector F11/1 every hour since the last few hours. As usual the complaint numbers are continuously engaged. Kindly tell us what’s the issue and when we could sleep.

People who attending complain are not Profesionally on task oriented. I complain and person come but matter is still not resolve and they left without contacting complained person

Sir our IESCO bill contains 541 ARREAR from last few months and they did not mention why it is added. We have cleared our COVID-19 bill installments also.
Some people in my surrounding also have the same problem. We are paying 541+ every month.

@IESCO_Official @shahid_iqbalch It is to bring into your notice that I have called 118 to get new connections (installed mid November 20). The lady registered the request for one connection. I dialled 118 for other new connection then phone rep said I need to visit your sub div.
