Now that I have been a founder again for ~3 months, I can tell you first hand so much advice is so easy to say but difficult to implement. Not to say advice is wrong, but just difficult to do. - Focus - how do you do that in a noisy world - Ideas are dime a dozen - haha good ones apparently not - be truth seeking - takes constant effort and reminding to yourself - Plan things well, think of a layered product strategy as that makes the job easier - but how do you do that when you are also discovering the product And so many many more.
