Am I the only Nigerian supporting Morocco against Brazil tonight?
As a Chelsea fan, Carlo Ancelotti not including Joao Pedro in his World Cup squad still hurts.

The last time I was in Lagos I paid to enter a beach in Lekki.
Not a resort. Not a water park. A beach.
Sand. Water. A coastline that existed long before any of us were born.
Someone bought it. Fenced it. Put a gate on it. Now you pay to touch the ocean.
What kind of government sells its people access to nature?
Happy Democracy Day. 🇳🇬
@Humbhle_ak@CompetentPeace@SolaTheAnalyst@lydiaonxx For example, every little kid have the tendency of coveting it and that's where the parent which we can use to rept govt comes in, if the chid is being disciplined after committing the offence, he would know not to do so next time bcus he knows the consequences that come with it
@sk__siddique@CompetentPeace@SolaTheAnalyst@lydiaonxx Now see those private companies as government, they are maintaining it and probably have some securities that guide it, why don't the pple go there to dump refuse? They know if they are caught, it's won't be nice on them..
@sk__siddique@CompetentPeace@SolaTheAnalyst@lydiaonxx That's exactly what I'm saying, is there anything owned by government that is properly managed in Nigeria?
Like I said, the government maintenance culture and law enforcement is soo weak. Everything is down to the government, all they need is to make people caught a scapegoat
@sk__siddique@CompetentPeace@SolaTheAnalyst@lydiaonxx There are animals everywhere but it's the law that put them to place. When there are consequences for actions, trust me, people will seat tight. If you know u would be punished when caught and also it's made almost impossible for u to dump refuse and escape..
@CompetentPeace@SolaTheAnalyst@lydiaonxx Like I told you, every community has silly people but the effect of the law put them to check. If someone does something bad and no consequence, another person will also do it but if you know u can't do this and escape and fully aware u will be penalised, u go get sense.
@CompetentPeace@Aderambo1@SolaTheAnalyst@lydiaonxx Those Nigerians you think are unreasonable that dumb refuse by the sea, if some of them are opportune to travel abroad, I can bet it with u that they dare not...When u know you would be caught and would face a big penalty.
@Aderambo1@IfedayoTunde@SolaTheAnalyst@lydiaonxx So you are saying that taking your refuse to the beach to dumb is because the govt. don’t have security cameras to fine them?
If it is dumping on the roadside because there are no bins, I understand
But the beach?
@CompetentPeace@SolaTheAnalyst@lydiaonxx It's simply bcus law don't exist, why do most Nigerians behave themselves when they move to abroad? If you moved back to Nigeria from overseas, you would be forced to do somethings that ain't normal bcus the life style and law allows for shortcuts
@SolaTheAnalyst@lydiaonxx Because tell me why a grown adult like you will take your dirts to the beach just because it flows, where does it flow to?
I have pictures and videos of public beaches but they are messed up and nothing to write home about. It’s best they fence and take care of it.
@CompetentPeace@SolaTheAnalyst@lydiaonxx Everyone has the tendency to misbehave but if the law and the government is working, u dare not do it. If you know there is a consequence for your actions and no way to boycott the law, no one will even advise u b4 having sense. It's all burns down to failed system.
@SolaTheAnalyst@lydiaonxx Eleko beach is public but guess who goes to clean up every two weeks because human beings decided it was their dumping ground for refuse and dirts, NGOs
Nigerians do not have a maintenance culture neither do their citizens love their country.
@IfedayoTunde@Rexjosh42@DonAzag Iwo to ti shofo already, lo dagbere Nile, to ba dele ko kile, to ba Dona ko Kona, ko ma je okun, ko je ekolo, Iku ojiji lo wole to e wa, oti ririn arin fesesi, wan gbodo din akara nidile e ni next week Thursday, o le escape e, oloriburuku omo jatijati eru keru Abi lala lenu 😂.

@Akenolite@DanielRegha Tribalism could also lead to killing of people or violence.
It once happened in the northern part of Nigeria when other tribes were being killed ( if you are not hausa or fulani).
Tribalism is worse than xenophobia; Hope y'all realize that? Funny how Nigerians can put up a united front to condemn xenophobia and racism (as we should) without hesitation, but still remain tribalistic ourselves. Make it make sense.
In this country, we barely tolerate ourselves; From regional superiority to ethic blaming, marginalization, sterotyping, and victimization. When foreigners do it to us we frown, however, excuses are made when it's one Nigerian tribe vs the other. Doesn't that reek of hypocrisy?
We don't talk about Nigerian on Nigerian crime enough, we seriously need to work on ourselves while pointing fingers at others.
@NoSpinZA@RealMrKay Very incentive, I like your post. I'm a Nigerian living in the UK... Sometimes, I just feel sober and unhappy with the whole situation.
@RealMrKay If corruption and lack of opportunities is what drove you out, why not fight the system instead of fleeing it? No nation prospers when its brightest people leave and its worst leaders stay.
Honestly, I can’t explain this but being a Nigerian is abysmally frustrating.
In Nigeria, you’re treated like a piece of cake; a rich nation with poor citizens.
You relocate abroad, the host country keeps changing immigration laws, far-rights creating division and hate toward immigrants.
I wish Nigeria would work, so people wouldn’t have the need to relocate to another country for safety, jobs, and so on.
This Nigerian lady left her husband of four years because he wanted more than 50/50 arrangement they had agreed on.
They had both been splitting bills equally, she received a work bonus and he still wanted from that?ahba nawa o
Now he is claiming he brought her to the uk ,using that as justification yadayadayada
@007fastnfurious@OyinLadun0 Person talk why she left, u dey help am overthink another reason... torh, believe whatever u hear on social media at your risk talkless of wetin dem not talk wey u wan dey reason..lol
@A_nuru12@afrisagacity You dont need to justify who you support. Its your right, so no need to fear people knowing who you support when you are on the right
