@PirateSoftware I've never seen a definition for a "Launch". Sure it did "Launch" an early access steampage and the installer for it. But they never launched a full felease. Things get complicated if these stuffs are never mentioned — neither defined.

We talked about Ashes of Creation a ton today on stream and the following situation feels like genuine malice. On the Kickstarter for the game it says: "And finally, in the case that Ashes of Creation does NOT launch, we promise to refund all backers in full." kickstarter.com/projects/17915… Ashes of Creation recently "Launched" into Early Access on Steam. Does this "Launch" count as completion of that requirement on Kickstarter? If so then all of the backers are shit out of luck.

@NAAAYIL For a "regular" civilian to pay that much for a tunnel, to make optic fiber possible, you should have the right to have decisions about that tunnel in the future. Literally anything, at least in my opinion. You would invest in it. I think it might even cost more, but fuck knows.

here follows a very long personal story about my internet experience in austria, part of the top 20 richest countries in the world and my process of possibly getting optic fiber to my live-streaming space (you have been warned): as some of you know I currently have a Magenta Docsis 3.1. Coax-Copper cable connection, which is also the ONLY option I can have on this address this technology is horrible in quality and causes almost daily connection problems like packet loss or completely going offline (for 80€ a month) this wednesday another technician is coming to my house to give me a new router lmao, the "old" router was 2 months old Magenta does not build optic fiber to my house and if I want to pay it myself it would cost about 500.000€ to get it done (lol) thats the whole backstory about why I am taking a break from streaming (almost 2 weeks already), its literally not possible to livestream under these conditions fast forward, there is another telekommunikation company called A1 in austria and interestingly enough, they DO have optic fiber really close to my house, only like 100 meters, maybe even less BUT they have told me, that they do not build it to my house and even if I wanted to pay them they wouldn't do it however, TODAY a A1 technician was at my house for a different topic (removing their telephone pole from our property) when we asked him about optic fiber, he told me they WOULD do it, all we have to do is dig the tunnel for the optic fiber ourselves so I THEN contacted a company that would do the digging work and I am now waiting for them to send me a possible offer THEN I contacted A1 again in order to get confirmation, that if I build this myself, they WILL provide me with optic fiber THEN the guy on the phone tells me, that if I pay the construction then A1 THEMSELVES would build the optic fiber to my house, even tho they told me in the past they wouldn't (lol) SO NOW I am waiting for a possible offer/more details about possibly getting optic fiber done myself my budget is 20-25k€ (which is probably what its going to cost)

@Miyako_Kitsu Aus meiner Perspektive gibt es keine Reue einen "18ten" Geburtstag zu feiern. Wäre fast dasselbe wie den 19ten Geburtstag zu feiern. Für mich sind Geburtstage sowieso nichts Wert. Aber solange du unter 25 bist, ist es irgendwie dasselbe.
