People still preach pseudo scientific information regarding weight loss. CALORIE DEFICIT is GOD 4 weight-loss Obviously multiple factors come into play to keep a deficit and to know what your deficit is. You can do cardio or “fast” if no calorie deficit you won’t lose weight

Sometimes I look at “conditioning” sessions from professional teams on social media and think… What the actual f…!! Then again maybe if they see my sessions they think the same 😏

Team sport is hard. In individual or olympic sports if you “win” a silver medal or bronze, you WON the silver or bronze. But in team sport the team almost never felt like they won if they get Silver medal. They lost the tournament they didn’t win the silver.
