Parents, if anyone tells you that your child shouldn't defend themselves, they are having a child as bully and you shouldn't listen to their advice.

I know this might sound a little silly, but I really wish I could celebrate the holidays like everyone else. Being away from family makes this time of year especially hard for me, it feels really lonely. The holidays were the only time I ever got to see them, since I didn’t really go out much otherwise. Now that I live states away, I don’t even have that anymore, and it just makes everything feel a lot heavier.
