The wealthiest people in the world have moved here, billionaire tech & finance execs, their management teams and then their employees will come - who will rent before they buy, if they ever buy. There is already a major supply problem in Miami. This is NOT an April fools joke this is REALITY - Miami will become the tech & finance hub of the USA 🇺🇸 Invest now and wait, don’t wait to invest.
