@Marah_Lenoir @Imprez_ however the knockback increase isnt *that* high and it does depend on weight and % though a lot of characters can still drift out of aerial PK fire at low %s but regardless SDI still lets you escape faster for both (notice the input viewer)

@LiquidHbox @SavedByStarKO ah i have seen similar stuff with ness up air, but it was very inconsistent and after an attack. Rather than like continue upward momentum from jump (I was near the end but not done with it) stopped and i landed with 0 lag, it wasn’t an autocancel bc i shouldnt have been grounded

@Bluxious1 bc muscle takes less than 3k cals to create a pound. depending on ur genes after the first however many months u prob won’t be gaining much more than a lb of muscle a month, so abt a 100 cal surplus or so will be more than enough most likely

@Bluxious1 for a lot of ppl somewhere between 10 and 15 percent is the lower limit of that depending on ur genetics. once u are abt where you feel and look good i wouldn’t do a hard bulk unless you want to powerlift
