@OffDaHook35 I got a ton & it went straight into storage room. I ripped a few. One box was awesome, rest rough. Hobby will be too pricey for most collectors 6 months from now. 2026 product will be rookies of defensive guys & Mendoza. 25 & 24 product will be popular. My storage is full of that

@BreakerCulture This is a skewed view. You have to look at who Nike has in its Lineup. A bunch of guys who aren’t viewed favorably in the public eye except for maybe 2. Meanwhile their competition has signed guys like Shai, Ant and even Cooper.

This is something I’ve been saying for a while… NBA players as a whole aren’t as popular as they used to be. This is a real thing and it has/will ripple through the hobby over time.
Yes, the top guys will get their attention… but the lower tier 1 guys all the way down to the bench players have seen a dramatic drop in attention.
The NBA is a real attention problem and attention is what drives long term “value” in the market.
PS - I think this feeds into the $$ funnel of transcendent players like MJ, Kobe, Steph, etc…

You simply cannot watch both teams play and think Stephen Curry is officiated the same way Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is.
I have no theory as to why that is, other than maybe one guy is more willing to sell. But anyone who says this is the same is lying or divorced from reality.

The only reason it’s an issue to say SGA has a GOAT case is because people see the stars of the 90s/00s/10s as deities rather than basketball players…but end of day, they were just humans.
