@CarvanaHelp We have tried to work through the customer service lines but we are not getting what we need to rectify a MASSIVE screw up by your company. You took title of our car, which you did not buy. Now we cannot sell it. PLEASE escalate this issue to someone who can help!

@Carvana At the very least you can issue temp tags to the car, so that it can be driven. Escalate this mess to someone who can help. Your customer service reps, while nice, are unable to help. FIX THIS!
