@nasiphim @CityTshwane Hi @nasiphim I love the work you are doing in Tshwane. I took the liberty of creating a live interactive dashboard based on the data you shared: tshwane-ops.probility.io This is can be fully dynamic, if its something you would be interested in

@jsherwani You published a great notion article before launching @PopMeetings a while back talking about collaboration and discussing work in the context of the actual work. Struggling to find it

1/ Most distributed teams today heavily favor async > sync communication. "Throw over the fence" collaboration works, but isn't as much productive (or fun!) as riffing off of each others' ideas live. However, sync tools aren't great, so I believe async is used as a crutch.

@PopMeetings There's a positioning article that @jsherwani wrote when he launched Pop. Might've been a Notion article that spoke about collaborating within the context of the work as opposed to talking about the walk on a separate messaging tool. Could you reshare it?

Truly passive income doesn't really exist in business. But you can get something remarkably close if you switch from selling time to selling a product.

Number 1 thing I learned from working at a startup surrounded by people 20x more effective than me: Most tasks don't need to be executed perfectly (think of A+ (97% or better). B- or better is enough. You can spend (waste) time perfecting one thing, or you can move on to other tasks and finish a bunch of them at an acceptable bar.

George Hotz is respected for his tech prowess, but has a history of doing and saying things that make him a liability to tech companies. He was an early contributor to iPhone jail breaking - allowing unsanctioned code to run on iPhones. Here he is publicizing details about GPT4 that OpenAI has specifically not made public.
