@fungshwang @J_Gallagher4CA That is what I was told. I could not find my birth certificate after a couple of different moves. I was told I would need to contact the county where I was born. I was not born in California.

@IanBohen @REDACTEDSpider What they are trying to do is crate a poll tax. That is against the 24th amendment of the constitution. Unless they are going to make it free for us all to get our passports, which I very much doubt.

Rights in the US are available to all of age with few minor exceptions, such as felony convictions, albeit with the requirement of some bit of effort such as proof of citizenship. Small price to pay.
