My family and I ate ZERO seed oils for a full eight months while doing the Self-Sufficiency Challenge. Instead, everything was fried on the tallow of our 100% pasture-raised sheep.
Noticed zero difference to health, digestion, or anything else.

I’m at the point where I don’t believe any of these studies where people “didn’t eat seed oils”. So, they went to zero restaurants? Ate basically no food from packages? Never had salad dressing or used sauces? The only people NOT eating seed oils are those who are VERY specifically altering their lives in drastic ways, and people with crippling OCD and they only eat boiled cabbage or something. (Rare)

@kekmaximusk majority of the people I associate with are weed smokers and successful people, now the ones who aren’t super successful are still well off and have a good careers and lives 👍 none of them are behind in life

@Miskful @AfroDShi @ChronicallyMadx The game really isn’t super complicated. Ammo types and guns can be learned in 3 matches. The characters are what takes a bit to learn, but even this is pretty straight forward. Pick the character and read the abilities and use them. It’s not like Apex is an MMO lol.

After watching jynxzi play apex it made me realise how overwhelming it must be for new players to learn, it might be a good time for people to start making some tutorial content for new players of things we just naturally do but new players wouldn’t realise.
