15 years ago today, Arsenal captain Cesc Fàbregas was spotted at the Spanish Grand Prix in Barcelona while Arsenal played their final game of the season, drawing 2-2 with Fulham. As a result, Arsenal somehow finished 4th, despite spending most of the season in 2nd & therefore missed out on an automatic Champions League place. He then went on strike in the summer, refusing to train & go on the pre season tour until he finally got his move to Barcelona for a lower fee than Arsenal were holding out for.

😀😄😂 In my case: I laughed at her jokes about how his flat stomach wasn’t because he was a good fasting Christian or a gym bro, but likely hunger. We laughed at his worn-out belt and many other things. In fact, he was the butt of our jokes to the point that I felt she had no respect for him. I used to tease her with “your husband is calling” whenever he called her phone. I didn’t know I was prophesying. 😄 Today, they are married with two kids.
