Greenewald requested emails to/from O'Malley (then/formerly Director of Special Access Program Central Office, SAPCO, a key Pentagon role overseeing highly classified "black" programs) mentioning "Immaculate Constellation." The Pentagon claimed it "doesn't exist" and refused even a basic search. Greenewald fought it, and won. A search will now take place. "Always Appeal," he says. "Immaculate Constellation" exploded into the spotlight in October 2024 via whistleblower docs leaked to journalist Michael Shellenberger. It's alleged to be a 2017-created Unacknowledged Special Access Program (USAP) acting as a nexus for collecting, analyzing, and hiding high quality UAP/NHI evidence (videos, images, sensor data, crash retrievals), bypassing Congress and AARO oversight. Congress held explosive hearings on it in November 2024 (led by Rep. Nancy Mace), with testimony tying it directly to Non Human Intelligence tech reverse engineering. Instead of getting upset at people like Mick West for easily debunking cases with limited data, demand better evidence. If a UAP case can be dismissed that easily, the problem isn’t the analysis, it’s the lack of supporting data from whoever released the material.
