For those who LOVE CUPCAKE from the Disclosure Tonight Livestream, I want you to know... Cupcake's kidney failure has unfortunately lead to a serious complication, where she has lost coordination and balance. At 19 1/2 years old she's still with us, with an appetite and control of her faculties and not in pain, but can no longer stand or walk. The road ahead is difficult as I called compassion4paws.com to come and help cupcake pass to her next incarnation Monday Morning. It's a wonderful service in the Seattle area that comes to ones home to assist with end of life decisions, like the one in front of me now. It's much better than going to the vet. I want to personally THANK each and everyone of you that has expressed your LOVE for CUPCAKE. Times like these are never easy. With that being said... Losing a member of my family is VERY difficult and beyond the pain of losing someone, the absence of their presence can be overwhelming. I'll be back, not sure when... NEW: Retired Dept. of Energy Assistant Special Agent in Charge Kevin Childress, a potential UFO whistleblower, died while in talks to provide testimony to Congress about DOE UAP files Lue Elizondo was arranging for Childress to meet with members of Congress when he was found dead in his home by his wife in August 2021. Childress described himself as a lifelong experiencer to those in the UFO community in the months prior to his death. Childress was a 30-year Special Agent who was awarded DOE OIG Investigator of the Year in 2000 and 2005.

I believe that, with the exception of orbs, most UAP are not considered UAP by legacy program insiders. I believe that they know what we are dealing when it comes to structured vehicles.

David Grusch's FOIA lawsuit against the Department of Defense has its first joint status report. Grusch's FOIA request seeks records submitted to the Office of the Senior Intelligence Oversight Official between April 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 concerning unauthorized disclosure complaints related to Grusch, as well as unauthorized disclosure complaints containing the terms “unidentified aerial phenomenon,” “unidentified anomalous phenomenon,” and/or the acronyms “UAP” or “UFO.” On April 7, the parties jointly moved for a 90-day stay to give the DoD additional time to finish processing the request. The court granted the stay the same day and ordered the parties to file status reports every 30 days. At the time the 90 day stay was requested, DoD had apparently located 30-40 potentially responsive pages on unclassified systems. The DoD has now completed its search of its classified systems and says it found no records responsive to Grusch's request on those systems. Regarding the 30-40 pages that were previously located on the DoD's unclassified servers, they have now determined 39 pages to be responsive. Those pages are undergoing “final coordination and review”, and the DoD anticipates releasing some or all of the 39 pages within the next few weeks. The next status report is due June 8, 2026. There is no UAP labor market. There's a media ecosystem of sole proprietors competing with each other for the same audience dollars over Patreons, Substacks, conference seats, ad shares. There's no employer. The "billionaires" don't exist in any operational sense that matches the framing. You can't organize a union against a boss who isn't there.

Fair compensation for UAP workers is an urgent issue. The people taking the risks, creating the value, and opening new opportunities are too often exploited by status quo billionaires and businesses that know they are vulnerable. The community should support its creators. Creators should also demand fair compensation, clean contracts, and ethical business arrangements. Is it time for an international UAP labor union?

SETI SAID THEIR 3I/ATLAS SEARCH FOUND NOTHING. We reprocessed the data ourselves and found the filter that does the checking never ran. The Sentinel Network ran Breakthrough Listen's own pipeline on their own public 3I/ATLAS data. 431 files. 5.2 terabytes. 163+ hours of compute. The cadence filter (which decides whether a signal is real or radio interference) crashed silently in every stage. 111,985 hits at the edge of zero drift are sitting uninvestigated.
