@ImmigrationDept @KindikiKithure I went for biometrics on 12th of January. My name should be in the Nakuru list for next week but it is not. The Government has initiated a 30-day Rapid Results Initiative (RRI) for delivery of uncollected passports at the Immigration Department's Nyayo House Headquarters and all regional offices. Beginning Monday 25th September 2023, owners of 87,574 passports that are now ready but remain with us uncollected are advised to forthwith pick their passport from the designated collection points in Nairobi and various regional immigration offices that will be published in various media outlets and social media platforms from tomorrow and every other Wednesday during the RRI period. The distribution of uncollected passports is as follows; - Nyayo House (Nairobi) - 36,170 - Embu Regional Office - 10,409 - Eldoret Regional Office - 9,938 - Kisumu Regional Office- 9,515 - Nakuru Regional Office- 8,023 - Kisii Regional Office- 7,971 - Mombasa Regional Office - 5,424 Every Wednesday, the Immigration Department will publish a list of all applicants whose passports are due for collection the following week, to streamline the collection process. Persons who fail to pick their documents within the stipulated period and at the expiry of the due notice will have their passports disposed in accordance with the law and penalised when making a future application. Delivery of uncollected passports is an integral part of addressing the historical backlog and to avert a recurrence, the Immigration Department is at the tail end of procuring modern printing equipment that will triple the production of passports. In the meantime, the 24-hour shifts in processing and production of passports continue. Emergency applications for persons seeking medical care abroad, students due for admission in learning institutions outside Kenya and people who have secured job opportunities that have a clear reporting deadline will be processed expeditiously.

@ImmigrationDept Error? Ecitizen passport application portal - Passport page count option only lists the B series 48pg. I want the A series 32pg instead.
