She wasn’t and her attorney confirmed this months ago. “Erika Kirk was not at or near Fort Huachuca on September 8, 2025 or September 9, 2025. Neither Mrs. Kirk nor Andrew Kolvet was in Utah on September 10, 2025 until after the assassination took place.” Erika WAS NOT at Fort Hauchuca 9/8, 9/9 or 9/10! Nobody has ever (to my knowledge) alleged she was at Ft Huachuca on the 9th, so good job nailing that down.
The question was whether she was there the evening of the 8th.
