It was such a pleasure partnering with Reclaim Collaborative X @voguebusiness on this campaign for #EarthDay that I had the pleasure of Directing, Editing, and Writing. In it, we question the power dynamics in the supply chain & encourage #ClimateAction👉🏾 bit.ly/3nbAvMe

Many men on their spiritual journey are asking God for level-ups, and so they come face to face with a strong Divine Feminine who God places in front of them to be the catalyst for the next level of growth that will take them to where they want to be. But -

Animals actually do mourn their dead. This is the heartbreaking moment a grieving koala mourns the death of his female companion in the Adelaide Hills. [📹 South Australia 's Koala Rescue Inc] twitter.com/i/status/17610…

You’re not crazy for having uncomfortable conversations to try & save your relationships. Crazy is someone that would rather choose their ego over saving their relationship with you. That’s crazy.

@3rdreincarnate @LoveeSBG Just a historical fact. It didn’t necessarily have a name. The first followers of Yeshua (Christ) were all Jewish, meaning all of his disciples, so it was seen as a sect of Judaism. Today they are called, Messianic Jews, who are a pretty exiled group within the Jewish community.

@bomtafriski @iRunWithLula So True 👏🏾, especially when it’s a purposed thing. Confusion mainly comes from listening to too many voices especially the voices outside of you and God.

@ImKowabunga @theereal_one Truth!!! Like, are attracted to, think they have integrity and character, have fun with etc!! There are many layers but physical attraction is very important. Somehow people try to dumb it down when they think you - need or should have someone in your life.

@theereal_one I’ll add to this: Date someone you like as a person and are attracted to. I feel some people dare based around looks only. Then wonder why it didn’t work later on.

@NicoleLewisLCSW It’s nothing new. Much of the diaspora (although it has changed a bit) view Afro Americans as less than due to the perception they have from the media + how they are often seen by white people as “better” than African Americans, (who are the same reason they CAN flourish in 🇺🇸 )

I’m from Mississippi so I’m used to being around mostly Black Americans. It’s wild to see the horrible things being said about us from people who look like us. What is going on???

You couldn't make it up: this guy harassing Muslim cart vendors and asking “Did you rape your daughter like Muhammad did?”, or saying that killing 4,000 Palestinian children “wasn’t enough”... is Stuart Seldowitz, a senior American diplomat. He was acting director for the National Security Council South Asia Directorate under Obama and deputy director/senior political officer in the U.S. State Department’s Office of Israel and Palestinian Affairs from 1999 to 2003 (src: vice.com/en/article/7kx…). Staffed with folks like these, it's no wonder "American diplomacy" has become an oxymoron...

This man wearing a green jacket was berating and harassing a halal cart vendor off 83rd and 2nd Ave in NYC. Does anyone know who this man is? Planning to report to the authorities.

@LightofEmotion Sheesh! Hit every point — especially the pride and ego issue— it’s suffocating, unattractive, and exhausting —and will destroy every good relationship. Humility is always the way forward.

I'm starting to see why so many people struggle with love. More people are attached to their pride and ego than they are to building healthy long-lasting relationships. It doesn't matter who's in front of you if you don't fix whatever is going on inside of you that's causing you to ruin your every chance at real love. Healthy love exists. Honesty is a kindness. Transparency is the answer. Accountability is an act of love. Submission is the only way. Your trauma isn't an excuse. Vulnerability is unavoidable. Uncomfortable conversations are non-negotiable. Someone asking you to communicate better isn't a personal attack. Your toxic behaviours are not who you are. You aren't perfect. Mistakes are normal. Grace and forgiveness are necessary.

I'm honoured that my profile of Kenyan historian @ChaoTayiana has been awarded first place in the inaugural #OpenTheKnowledge Journalism Awards by @Wikimedia, a recognition of the crucial role that journalists play in expanding access to reliable information about Africa.

@limitlessmindon I think it depends some people do hide their anger well but if you have true discernment, you can tell quick which side is their TRUE side and normal pattern. Everybody gets angry but it’s the way that it is displayed that shows whether it’s an incident or the norm. Idk —just me.

It's very manipulative that our angry side is always seen as our “true colours”, as if when we are happy and being kind, we're being fake.
