@InSeason_life @YouTube Pomodoro timers are so useful 😎 What split do you use? The standard 25/5? 👌 If you get a chance, try a 90/15 split as an experiment. It has a lot of neuroscience backing behind it and is basically the optimized split for focus, flow and concentration 🔥

I hate to see a good place, restaurant or Tobago villa etc with no social media presence. No proper pics or videos on their IG. Like people should be seeing all you have to offer 😩
