@philippac72 @OctopusEnergy Correct, also wondering whether this approach is protecting your business? I really don’t want my energy supplier to go bust and so want to ensure you have proper sound fiscal planning in place to protect against having to honour those low prices during soaring costs.

@OctopusEnergy hi, I’m a little confused, since the levy from fixed tariffs meant some IOG fixed customers are paying 3.49p per kWh, why are the rest of us who stuck to your variable having to fund your losses as the orange mans war causes volatility in wholesale prices?

Hi @OctopusEnergy , as market volatility has raised wholesale prices of electricity. On an export tariff, when can we see a return to the 15p export per kWh?

Hi @OctopusEnergy, at a time where hoards of people are leaving for the competition, wouldn’t it be beneficial to stick to a single variable pricing structure for IOG. Everyone pays the same, the masses protect against the volatility of the market?
