@stripe I placed an order for the collectors editions of @IncrementMag and never recieved it. I was told via a message from their Facebook page that the collectors edition was cancelled and people recieved refunds. I recieved neither notification of this cancellation or a refund.

@stripe does anyone responsible for @IncrementMag still work there? Looking for support!

@stripe As far as I can tell, Stripe owns @IncrementMag, so that would make Stripe the the company I would reach out to since @IncrementMag doesn't respond to emails.

@favourcodes Hi there! Unfortunately, due to production challenges, we had to cancel the limited-edition box set. We will be releasing a new bundle with all 19 issues of Increment plus merch in the future, but we are confirming the shipping timeline with our printer before we release it.
