Having travelled to Lucknow regularly for the past few years, I genuinely thought its impressive infrastructure was a recent achievement. Locals quickly corrected me - much of it was built during Mayawati's tenure. Credit where it's due. The BJP's real talent seems to be branding and taking credit for work that predates them.
