If you disagree with something that I say, then let’s have a respectable conversation about it like adults. I’m willing to admit when I’m wrong, are you?

@EbianTheDog @Pirat_Nation They don't autoskip. They usually don't skip if there's more than 1 in a video too. I pay for no ads. I want no ads. The people making the videos should have to timestamp their dumb little e-begging reads and YouTube should automatically skip them for Premium users.

A proposed class-action lawsuit has been filed against Google and YouTube, claiming YouTube Premium isn’t as “ad-free” as the company says. The lawsuit argues that while Premium removes YouTube’s own ads, subscribers still must watch sponsored segments that creators include in their videos. The plaintiffs say those are still ads, even if they aren’t served by YouTube itself. The complaint also challenges YouTube’s marketing, which promises “No ads,” “No interruptions,” and “Unlimited ad-free videos.” The plaintiffs argue those claims mislead people into believing they won’t see any advertising after paying for Premium.

I put an AirTag in my car, and my aunt took my car out. Tell me why Apple is telling my aunt that there is a tracker (AirTag) around her. What if my car was stolen? Is that how Apple will notify the thief of a tracker?

Zendaya explains why she keeps her relationship with Tom Holland private "There is a level of parasocial investment in my personal relationship, which I understand" "I'm aware that I'm a public person, and so is he, and we've grown up in front of people and done movies where we fall in love with each other" "But in a lot of ways I'm also a very private person, and I try my best to have things for myself and for him as well" "We do our best to not hide ourselves from the world, but to preserve things for ourselves, so we can maintain that joy within ourselves and our family"

@crazaakieboy133 @NobleBrown Even if that’s the case, they should be able to to afford to have it in places where it’s medically necessary like ORs, even if they can’t have it everywhere

@NobleBrown Well I think it's not actually an aversion to air conditioning I think they genuinely can't afford to because it'd crash their electric grid or something. So people are being gaslit into thinking it's just cultural.

There are two times a woman-led superhero movie has been a box-office hit: 1. Wonder Woman. The character was established in “Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice” and her solo movie released ahead of the “Justice League” crossover movie. 2. Captain Marvel. The movie was teased in the post-credits scene for “Avengers: Infinity War” and her movie came between that and “Avengers: Endgame.” The sequels to Wonder Woman and Captain Marvel, which were not propped up by major crossover films, did poorly. And the small, disappointing audiences for both of those sequels were 65 percent male. Every superhero movie, including female-led ones, has a predominantly male audience. The movie must be marketed to men to overcome the presumption that the film isn’t for them. Because men might bring their girlfriends to the female superhero movie, but women aren’t going to show up to this without men. And just about the worst thing you could say while promoting a girlboss superhero movie that has to appeal to a skeptical male audience is: “This is the gayest superhero movie ever.” Nobody is going to see this.
The Washington Times@WashTimes

"Supergirl" star on character being seen as queer icon: "I'm honored that that's happening, but I think because she doesn't live inside the binary of what we think a woman should be, that is what makes it so special and so exciting and so new." trib.al/N7laAPs

@Blueblaze002 @WallStreetApes Do you also not understand the reason for having a reusable water bottle? All this is is a large water bottle, a lot of people who work out a lot drink water out of gallon jugs, this gives them a reusable option instead of repeatedly buying the disposable ones

Peak capitalism is selling name brand water jugs This jug has no insulation, it’s not that much different than a standard gallon water jug thats usually like $1 at Walmart, but this one is $22 because it’s branded Under Armour with a nice grip.. We have a lot of unnecessary junk being produced in America for no reason

@Blueblaze002 @WallStreetApes You should pay better attention before commenting. It isn’t $22 for water, it’s $22 for a reusable water jug that you can refill for years instead of buying disposable water jugs

@WallStreetApes If there exist people stupid enough to pay 22x for water with "Under Armour" on the label, I am proud that somebody in America is willing to provide that public service. Stupid people must pay for their stupidity or they will never learn how to quit being so stupid!

@KevinaFaga @WallStreetApes So you’re telling me that it’s better to buy a disposable water jug that you have to replace so often, than to buy one like this that is designed to be reusable and you can use for years?

@BarksAtStars @WallStreetApes It's not that Under Armour made their own water jug, the point is, is that it's no better than a $1 dollar jug. Slightly bigger handle and a pop off cap makes it worth $22? Who the fuck is on the gym floor working out carrying around a gallon water jug? STFU

@WallStreetApes Seriously? You’re telling me you don’t understand the difference between a water jug that is meant to be reusable with higher grade plastic, a nicer grip, and a screw off top to clean/add ice, and a disposable water jug that’s hard to clean and should be replaced often?

Hot take: I see a lot of young people say housing isn’t affordable in America. But if you moved from your urban city with Pilates and $20 avocado toast, it probably would be. So what’s really stopping you? Boomers relocated. I relocated in 2016. Why can’t you?
