@SeanWarren234 No foresight. Come this off-season teams will sign similar and or better players at lower contracts. Canucks could have added an asset and a better player and saved money. It’s not speculation...it’s literally 7 years of benning lol

@RicoHiggins @throwawayp85220 @maxtoscano1 Also my qb ranks are strictly QB ability for passing, reading d etc. the Brady mold. Stafford and Burrow are the most elite at that skill. No issues someone taking Lamar or Allen 1 over them. Just my value scale for qbs, always want the qb who can make that throw when it matters

@RicoHiggins @throwawayp85220 @maxtoscano1 Yes they are. They got good OLs and good blocking TEs. It’s not only about yards and TDs. And re OL…We all saw what happened to mahomes vs bucs when he had a bad OL…and It wasn’t even close to burrows OL bad. I’ll always value OL over receivers if qb is great.

Mahomes and Burrow are in a different class at this point imo. Even Allen and Jackson leave so much on the field when they get sped up and those guys miss absolutely nothing if it’s there. It becomes a scrambling variance game way too much with those guys when it gets hard mode

Burrow is clearest example that film hipsters (Solak, Tice, Kimes etc.) imo overvalue physical traits and underrate mental ones In their pods Solak/Kimes had him distinctly below top-3 and he went 5th on 301 Meanwhile he’s top-3 every year in Fowler/Sando league exec polls

@Zer0PucksGiven That’s undervaluing Hronek too much imo. He alone should be worth a top 10 in this year’s draft (5-10 range). At most add a 2nd/3rd or take back a contract for $$.

I will say this now, as much as I love Caleb Malhotra, if the #Canucks passed on Ivan Stenberg to take him, that will go down as one of the biggest failures in this organizations long and colourful history.

@brianhwc Bjorck has been my favourite prospect, outside McKenna Stenberg, since I started watching the top 10-15 prospects more closely. Only down side, as it stands, Petey Rossi cootes Bjorck is very small as a whole.
