Flight 6E2046 17 May 26 Upon collecting my bag from the conveyor belt at Hubbali Airport, the telescopic handle assembly was damaged. The handle bars are visibly scuffed and the mechanism appears compromised due to rough handling during transit. This is unacceptable. @IndiGo6E

This afternoon , we boarded Indigo flight 6E 6616 from Kolkata to Aizawl. The AC was not working. The Captain announced that it would be fixed within 8-10 mins , but that never happened. Despite this, the Aircraft took off, and the AC remained non functional throughout the until we landed in Aizawl. Passengers had to endure extreme heat both before takeoff and during the flight. It is deeply concerning that @IndiGo6E operated a defective Aircraft , thereby risking the safety and well being of so many passengers & crew members. This is unacceptable. A proper enquiry must be conducted and those responsible should be held accountable @MoCA_India @DGCAIndia @RamMNK

Hey @IndiGo6E, your in-flight vegetarian meal options are in urgent need of a rethink. Serving cold, unappetizing paneer slices as a "low-calorie meal" falls far short of an acceptable dining experience at 35,000 feet.

@VirginAtlantic what kind of tie up you have with @IndiGo6E. I was given all the boarding passes by @IndiGo6E for my travel from Bangalore to Mumbai to London to San Francisco but my boarding passes don’t work at Mumbai Airport and none of the airlines are helping me with this.
