Hello @IndiGo6E You charged ₹4600 for a flight change at Hyderabad airport. I had originally booked via @makemytripcare @makemytrip. I reached the airport 1.30 hour early, there was a long queue. Web check-in was initiated through @makemytrip but didn’t go through. PFA docs

Hello @IndiGo6E , i booked a flexi fare flight from hyd to lko. I tried to reschedule flight it said there are no reschedule option for this PNR. I had no option but to cancel the flight. You charged money for flexi but forced me to cancel. And did not give refund
