@AlanRoberts Was in the hospital a few years ago. My diabetic roommate was able to get pancakes with syrup and juice for breakfast. I'm ever so slightly allergic to cherries (makes my mouth and throat itch) and they wouldn't let me have cherry jello WHICH HAS NO CHERRIES IN IT.

Let me tell you another way they broke the American diet. In 1965, studies started coming out linking sugar to heart disease. The sugar industry panicked. So the Sugar Research Foundation paid three Harvard scientists a total of $6,500 to write a review that buried the evidence against sugar and blamed fat instead. It worked. Was around a bunch of unmasked people in TX and FL for weeks/months. Fake mesh mask for flights. Got a bit sick Nov 2021 with a cough that lasted a couple of weeks. That's it. No vaccine.

My claim is that Covid was never dangerous enough to call for a state of emergency yet alone a brand new first of its kind gene therapy. With an IFR of 0.05 for people under 70 the only thing that should have happened was encouraging a healthy lifestyle with lots of sunlight exposure. You ate too much for your caloric burn. If you start taking a medication and it impacts your metabolic rate the reason you gain weight is because you do not adjust what you eat.
