Hey everyone, it's Wakahara from the dev team!
Today I'd like to highlight the Ranger's Notebook, the 'Monsterpedia'. This compendium allows you to gain a deeper understanding of the monsters' ecology. Its full of useful content that was created by organising and verifying setting materials within the development team.
Some of the entries reveal surprisingly little-known aspects of monster ecology...! I hope MH fans will enjoy reading it.

Vous êtes vraiment pitoyable. Mon père avait 6 ans quand la guerre a éclaté, alors oui pour lui la vie au village était le paradis sur terre. Ensuite, la village a été rasé littéralement. Et l'enfer de la guerre est inscrit à jamais dans l'histoire de ma famille : des oncles tués au maquis, la faim, le froid, la rue, la peur, la prison et la torture pour mes deux grands-pères. To this day, after more than a decade, nobody has come close to the work Mike Nash did in this specific genre. Only failed emulative attempts. Never something that genuinely surpassed it and truly took it to the next level. Gone too soon.
