Competitors offer better and multiple models, higher resolution, upscaling, infinite gens in slow mode. If money protected everyone equally, this disparity wouldn’t exist. The fact that poor health outcomes persist for Black people even when they have money proves that race is not just a proxy for class (as is commonly argued by DEI opponents). Samuel, here is the complete answer to your question in one sentence: Some African rulers sold captives to European traders, and then European powers took those captives, threw two million of them into the ocean, enslaved the rest in a racial caste system for three centuries, compensated the owners at abolition, gave the enslaved nothing, and then asked questions like yours when anyone described what happened. That's the whole story. You're in the last sentence.

Pride Month exists because LGBTQIA+ people spent generations being jailed, beaten, fired, disowned, denied marriage, denied healthcare, and treated like they were less than human simply for existing. It’s not about “special rights.”
It’s about equal rights, dignity, safety, and the freedom to live openly without fear. No one “chooses” a life that comes with bullying, discrimination, rejection, and violence just for attention. Pride exists because too many people still think hatred is morality.
