@TorontoBlonde You do know that Rob Ford is dead, right?
You probably should’ve tagged Dime Bag Doug instead @fordnation

If the younger players on the #Leafs possessed half of this man’s pride and willingness to compete, the narrative of the past decade would be different. Whoever hatched the idea to rob John Tavares of the captaincy - then give it to Auston Matthews - hasn’t a friggin’ clue. It’s among the most-horrendous decisions in modern franchise history. Want to see a true pro? Look at this image. #LeafsForever

@JasminLaine_ Does anyone else find it weird that liberal Canadians aren’t dumbfucks like conservative Canadians are?

@joe_warmington @realDonaldTrump @POTUS @MarkJCarney @BarackObama @Soros @CFSnowbirds Jesus Christ, you’ve gotta be one of the stupidest “journalists” in Canada.
English

Isn’t @realDonaldTrump the US president @POTUS ? Why is @MarkJCarney meeting the 44th president, three leaders back? Seems unusual? Who paid @BarackObama and @soros to come here? How much? Taxpayers pay? How can this help save the @CFSnowbirds or create jobs or a better relationship with 47? Was more taxpayers money handed out like the largest $270 to Ukraine?

Welcome back to Canada, President @BarackObama. Thank you for joining us in Toronto for important conversations on how we can build a better and more just future — and empower more people to build with us.

You don't get to choose the President you negotiate with, you negotiate with the President the American people chose.
Sorry, but I don't make the rules.

Hey @jkenney you got punted out of Alberta. Did they forget to tell you to stay out and never come back!!!!

I understand that my personal information, including my home address, was shared publicly on a screen at a recent Alberta separatist event. It was also recorded on video, and is now circulating.
This was apparently part of the outrageous data leak of Albertans’ private information, wherein Elections Alberta shared its entire detailed provincial voter database with the “Republican Party of Alberta,” which in turn shared it with some separatist group called the “Centurion Project,” whose leadership then shared my personal information publicly.
Over the past few years I have received no shortage of threats from people broadly associated with the separatist / antivax / far right movement in Alberta. So it is disturbing that my personal information is now broadly available, particularly in those circles.
While I have been targeted specifically, the broader data breach may also effect vulnerable Albertans, including victims of domestic violence, journalists, activists, judges, and other public servants for years to come.
I will retain legal counsel to seek advice on recourse regarding this outrageous and potentially dangerous violation of my personal privacy.

Kimmel’s hateful and violent rhetoric is intended to divide our country. His monologue about my family isn’t comedy- his words are corrosive and deepens the political sickness within America.
People like Kimmel shouldn’t have the opportunity to enter our homes each evening to spread hate.
A coward, Kimmel hides behind ABC because he knows the network will keep running cover to protect him.
Enough is enough. It is time for ABC to take a stand. How many times will ABC’s leadership enable Kimmel’s atrocious behavior at the expense of our community.

@DimitrisSoudas Since you’re so desperate for some French, here’s some for you…

In the case of Air Canada’s CEO, we have now been waiting for twenty years.
He lives in Quebec. His wife is francophone. He leads a company that is subject to the Official Languages Act.
Five years ago, in Montreal, he delivered a speech entirely in English and promised he would learn French. More than 400 hours of tutoring later, he is still at “bonjour” and “merci.”
I believe we have been patient. Very patient.
But at some point, respect for a language, for the law, and for the country cannot be optional. It must be real, concrete, and upheld.
Jacqui Budden@JacquiDelaney
@cselley @DimitrisSoudas @Harry__Faulkner For anyone who feels so strongly about this being inappropriate, it couldn’t have waited a few days? Weeks? A month?
