ACP members have expressed to me before that slurs are only offensive when used against the intended group, eg. leadership calling an Indian member a hard R isn't racism because they were not black. this does nothing but breed a culture of discrimination

@secondbyfarce In certain contexts like a black person using it, or substituting "er" for "a" at the end, it's not explicitly racist. But it's still got a bad history behind it, and I don't find many points in my life where using jt would be practical or necessary.
