@rtwlz First test of Shazam "in the wild" was from a car passing by and blasting music (in London, circa 2000). Across a database of 300 songs. We were shocked it worked :-). Love this use, we've come a long way.

I installed a box high up on a pole somewhere in the Mission. Inside is a crappy Android phone, set to Shazam constantly, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It's solar powered, and the mic is pointed down at the street below walzr.com/bop-spotter

@dough1221 Precisely. That is why at @TatariTV we use our TVP Direct product line (accounting for 95% of all tonnage flowing through our platform, instead of programmatic). It's also what TTD tries to replicate with Openpath.

AdTech sometimes assumes everything will go programmatic because they equate programmatic with progress. CTV is different. Why adopt programmatic and give intermediaries a huge cut of ad spend when your inventory is in such high demand? Why not just make direct buying easier?

Shazam is 20 years old. Originally launched in the UK, you could dial 2580 on your phone and hold it up as a song played… it would text you the name and artist. apple.com/newsroom/2022/…

@spyderactive I got the wrong jacket delivered. For a week no, nobody is picking up customer service email or calls. I could just send it back and force the issue with AMEX .. but there's a smarter and easier solution: respond to me :-)

@lufthansa I did not ask to rebook via Social Media. Suggesting to "keep trying" is awful customer service, especially for an error cause by Lufthansa. You know how to contact me via email or phone (i.e. this info was collected). Apologies not accepted. Pls do the right thing @lufthansa.

Dear @lufthansa You changed our flights, suggesting a connection where we arrive AFTER we depart. Time travel doesn't exist. Your phone numbers and chat support doesn't seem to exist, either (literally, not even a hold). What to do?

Hi @Fly_Norwegian I sympathize with your situation .. but pls give people online options such as a refund/credit if travel is restricted. You seem to be counting on people not being able to contact you, and lose their ticket? Booking ref KG7A32. Other airlines get this right ..
