If you have non-alcohol related fatty liver: Limit: Butter, ghee, lard/ margarine, coconut oil and palm oil consumption, and in cooking. Increase: Canola, corn, olive, peanut, safflower, soybean, sunflower, vegetable oil in cooking. Contrary to what social media "health influencers" tell you, low saturated fat seed oils are actually healthy for the liver.
