@O2 That's not a response; 'helping' would be ceasing your demands for payments for a number I no longer have. In the audio recording I made yesterday the O2 assistant is clearly heard confirming that O2 made an error, apologising for it, and confirming the account is closed.

.@CooperativeBank Nice! But wouldn't it more appropriate to reward customers who've remained for 20+ years, despite a dated app, lack of granular transaction info and virtual savings pots, and no bank feed? We stay for the ethics+great PrivPrem acc but Co-op needs an update😃

@DraytonManor I paid a silly amount for a photo package that included 'a download' of our Grotto pic (itself a paid-for event) but it's a poorly lit thing supplied in about 5dpi, and to get the download I *paid* for I had to agree to hand over my data. It's full, greedy cringe.
