Goal setting method I’m trying out as an idealist who has a hard time sticking to one project. INFPs especially get bored easily. This makes it difficult for us to achieve our goals. Shiny object syndrome anyone? We start but don’t finish projects. Eventually we give up!

Miracles in recovery: Moving from head to heart knowledge First of all, I just want to say some of y’all are smart. Really smart. You know all about shadow work, ego, human design, creating boundaries and narcissistic tendencies. You also spent HOURS reading content from me and others in the healing community. Those are all good things. But despite all this head knowledge, there's something missing. Despite all the factoids in your mind about intergenerational trauma, addictions and codependency- some of y’all deep down still have low self esteem. The fact of the matter is, all these knowledge don’t mean nothing if your heart says: I AM UNWORTHY It just won’t. So you might find yourself self-sabotaging unconsciously. -Eating too much sugar/fat during down days. -Making excuses for spending time with people that bring you down/ -Not being clear with yourself AND others about your needs. All because that voice in the back of your mind screams: I AM UNWORTHY It’s going to take time to destroy that self-destructive programming from your life script. calendly.com/d/hx8-jc5-dfy It can happen.
