Been back on CJC/Ipa now for 1 month today, here are a few observations: The good: - Better sleep. I wake up in the AM feeling way more rested. Doesn’t take me as long to feel alert. - Better recovery. DOMS don’t hit as hard. I feel like I can train harder, more frequently. - Hair and nails. My hair is growing back fast. My toe nail was so thick it snapped my nail clipper in half… The not so good: - Water retention. This is honestly the big one. My weight has been creeping up while my body measurements, notably my waist, has remained the same. I do look “fuller” but way less dry than before. More vascularity, lees definition. - Hunger has spiked a bit. Now the caveat here is that I have also lowered my Reta dose from 2mg to 1.5mg two weeks ago. Nothing crazy but the food noise/cravings seemed to be a bit less muted. Overall, I am enjoying this go around. I will continue on for another 2 months. Running a slightly higher dose than last time I was one this stack 150-200mcg of each to 250mcg now, which could explain some of the more pronounced water retention. Planning on getting bloodwork done at the 3 month mark.

May Experiment check-in. Day 39 on reta. Starting weight: 332 lb Today: 312.3 lb Total down: 19.7 lb. Holy shit. I’ve never dropped weight this fast while still feeling this good. May challenge: • 319.3 → 312.3 lb • Down 7.0 lb this month • Around 0.5 lb/day • Body fat: 40.0% → 39.5% • Visceral fat: 21 → 20 • Muscle mass: 166.7 → 167.1 lb Scale isn’t DEXA perfect, but I’m using it to track trends. Biggest win for me: Fat trending down, workouts still productive, and scale-estimated muscle mass holding steady while prioritizing protein. Pace isn’t the target. Quality of progress is. -Patient023 #Retatrutide #GLP1 #WeightLossJourney #FoodNoise

Lost so much weight on reta my Oura ring was flying off my finger. Started CJC/Ipa again and the water retention has it fitting perfectly again. Might as well just buy two of these things now.

Ok we went with a 2026 base model 3 15,000 miles a year $359 a month (1 and a half tanks of diesel) Now my big truck only moves if it’s being paid to move. If I had done this 2 years ago would have saved 10-15k Never having to drive again priceless.

Super interested in the selank semax combo for stress relief and mental clarity. Between running a mulitmillion dollar construction company, balancing training, familiy life with the wife and 2 daughters you can bet my mind takes quite the toll on a daily basis. Whos runs this combo and what kind of results did you see?

Base salary alone shouldn’t inspire a move - but with that being said, assuming you’ve done full DD and assessed the SMB AE role is a no win role ideally you would like to show min ~ 8mo of AE experience and ideally the number is closer to 12-18 months before you make a move for least amount of friction with external job move
Innocent@InnocentXplorer

@FidelCacheFlow Yo Fidel, in an org that promotes aggressively. SDR promos happening at 6-10 months. Problem is salary is below most roles for our AEs. Once in SMB AE, how long should one be staying before jumping to a better paying AE role? @FidelCacheFlow

@TheCryptoDaddi Yeah just jumped from Sema to Reta because I saw what sema could do for cutting. I lost 20 pounds on Sema, and figured with my 4/5 workouts a week I can drop some more weight and get cut, fatty liver, and other benefits too? I’m sold for sure

The reason retatrutide is so popular is because the results sell themselves. You have A TON of people with before and after photos where they’ve dropped 40lbs in 3 months, others even more. It’s popular bc people who are overweight or have the desire to lose that extra 5%+ BF look at these results and say “hey, I bet I can do that.” It’s very different from a dude trying to sell you his workout plan that can get you shredded in 90 days. People don’t generally want to take advice from someone like that (even though they could have solid programs and science backed exercises) The average person sees someone else that once looked like them and says “why can’t that be me? I think I’m gonna give this a try” Pair this with the other benefits like lowering A1C numbers and melting fat around the liver like butter on a skillet… This is why Reta is exploding amongst peptides and GLP-1 right now. It’s not viewed as something that takes an insane amount of work to achieve. Though to be very clear, Reta doesn’t just do ALL the work. But man does it help get you on the right road to begin a solid health journey.

Tuesdays are Accountability Day. I first injected Zepbound 31 Tuesdays ago and promised myself I would make health and fitness my priority for the remainder of my life. This morning, I am down 97 lbs., from 357 to 260. My BP is 117/69, and my RHR is 77. I’m in the gym strength training 5 days/week and doing cardio 7 days/week. My nutrition and macros are dialed in, and the blood tests I had done a few weeks ago were remarkably good. My sleep could be better, and I have too much stress in my life. I’m working on those two things. Onward!

It is fascinating to me that on FitnessX, I’ve found a large group that cheers one another on to improve their health and fitness by whatever means necessary, including GLP-1s, other peptides, and TRT/HRT. On my Facebook account, there are more than a few people who try to poke holes in — and be negative about — any suggestion of what works when combined with proper nutrition and exercise. Guess where I’ll be spending my social media time now.

Retatrutide is positioned to be the best-selling drug ever. In trials, it led to 24% weight loss over 48 weeks and reversed fatty liver in 93% of patients. Eli Lilly is still working through Phase 3. But what makes it better than semaglutide and tirzepatide? (1/12)

Rule of thumb for corporate reps - Switching from SDR role to SDR role is a fools errand. Your goal of corporate tech sales is getting to upmarket AE (MM & Enterprise) as fast as possible. Regardless if another offer on table, maybe better pay, better product ect Marginal factors in the scope of a longer 5, 10, 15 year career If ur gonna leave an SDR role, go for AE don’t waste ur time with starting again at zero and restarting the internal promo clock timeline to AE - oh, they said they promote very fast… every company says that and say that to get you to move Don’t step over the dollars to pick up the pennies. Grind out SDR role. Do it for 8-18mo and exit to SMB AE no later than 24mo of experience Trust Fidel

Started peptides in December, semaglutide to be specific, and lost 20 pounds. 211 pounds down to 192 at my lowest, but stalled out. Got stuck on the peptide side of x and heard y’all talking about Reta so I’ve started that recently with the goal of losing another 10 pounds. Here we go! @kalos21million love the site by the way!

By the time Cain is an adult (and Adam lived 930 years, Genesis 5:5), Adam and Eve had “other sons and daughters” (Genesis 5:4). Population growth would be rapid with long lifespans and early fertility. Cain could have married a sister (or niece), since incest was not yet prohibited (that comes in Leviticus 18, centuries later)
