Aistaland GT7 is a new brand & a new wagon More brands! More Huawei! Aistaland is a new brand jointly operated by Huawei and GAC. However, it is not a HIMA brand, but a separate venture. Aistaland stands for "Al Start New Land". The Chinese name is 启境 (Qǐjìng). The brand's first car is a pretty wagon called the Aistaland GT7. Everything is from Huawei: XPIXEL megapixel smart projection headlights, XMC digital chassis, DriveOne electric motors, HarmonySpace, Harmony OS, Harmony ADS, XHUD, and the sound system. The Aistaland GT7 will compete with cars like the Xiaomi SU7, the Zeekr 007, the Tesla Model 3, and the SAIC Z7T. Size: 5050/1980/1470, 3000. Power: 3-motor EV, 800V, 6C fast-charging, and a CATL Qiling battery pack. Aistaland will launch the GT7 later this year. Within 3 years, the new brand will launch 5 more cars, including two SUVs. #China @Huawei

The new BMW i3 looks fantastic. And because it shares the same powertrain as the iX3, we already know quite a bit about what to expect. Full reveal in less than 48 hours: - 108–112 kWh usable battery pack - 4695 cells + structural pack, 800V architecture - 400 kW charging - More than 200 miles of range added in 10 minutes - 460 HP for the launch model (i3 50 xDrive) -Expect at least 10% more range than the iX3. Around 900km (WLTP) or 440 miles EPA. Built in Munich starting in July. More trims including Touring versions and M3 with quad motors coming in 2027.

I put a deposit down on the electric CLA as soon as it launched. Honestly, the driving dynamics are top-tier for its price point—no exaggeration there. But living with it is a different story, and I’ve run into plenty of issues. For one, it’s extremely picky about charging piles. Then there’s the steering wheel: the physical buttons don’t even have a track-skip option. Plus, the UI still feels like it’s lacking real intelligence. I’m planning to pick up the all-new BMW iX3 once it hits the market to see how it compares.

@TXR_YetiFang Mentally, yes, but we're talking about cars here, not smartphones. People aren't sitting in their cars scrolling social media because there's a tablet style display on the dashboard.

@TXR_YetiFang What's so special about buttons, really? Why are dials so important? Are we saying that design is working out the best way to put 100 buttons on a dashboard, because that's how many they used to have. Let's put 50 buttons on a coat instead of a zip. Bring back Blackberries.

@JoeBean13104898 It looks like it, but the car is a Zotye M300, which is an EV based on the Multipla. I'm not sure if the VW radio tacked on was standard or not. Maybe @chinacarstravel can confirm as he drove it.
