@InstacartHelp Yesterday I placed a restaurant order through your app, those are powered by Uber Eats. The food had issue, I contacted your customer service, they accepted no responsibility and told me to contact Uber Eats, their agent said it's not their responsibuilty!

I ordered frozen seafood on @Instacart and the shopping was complete about 20 minutes but a place that is only 20 minutes won’t get to me until 1pm? So my food is just gonna sit in a car for 2 hours while he makes other deliveries lmaoooo

Hi @Instacart, I was referred to Shopper by Dyiema Johnson (914) 702-3730. I joined and enjoy helping families with their groceries shopping. I forgot to input her Referral Code so she can get credit for referring me, so I may need Instacart Management to help me give her credit.

@Instacart how about you guys start with some gas relief payment on our deliveries Gas is now at 1.63/litre in Ontario. Still seeing 24 items 3 deliveries for 15$ and its a 25+km drive . Not making money at this rate

@Instacart In November of 2024 I re never an email after being deactivated for an allocation that wasn't true saying I was co-shopping, never have I done this and yet my appeal was denied. Please help me get back to what I love doing

@mariushosting @Instacart I asked them what's up, and they repeated the email. LOL Physically impossible to answer them since bank statements don't exist after 2 years, and my instacart account doesn't even show orders that old. So impossible to verify. Someone's taking the piss.

Great now Instacart has gone ballistic. They've flagged my account for suspicious activity... after I've used them a zillion times, with that card, that store, that address. They forced me to upload photos of my ID to verify my identity and now they're emailing me to confirm that I ordered groceries the same way I've done 6-12 times a year for the last 4-5 years.
