One year ago, I visited the community of Highland Park after a mass shooting was carried out with a weapon of war at a July 4th parade. One year later, we are saying the same thing: This violence has to stop.
Today, on Independence Day, we grieve for the lives lost and are reminded that every person has the right to live free from gun violence. Elected leaders must have the courage to act to ban assault weapons and pass reasonable gun safety laws.

Today's propaganda. Dr. Hotez and other COVID vaccine maximalists should be treated similarly to doctors that experimented on Jews during the Holocaust. They didn't have a choice to say "no", and in many cases, neither did US citizens. Treat them like the criminals they are.
