Palestinianism is a costume which has nothing to do with Palestinians.

First Gazan to file a case against Hamas at the ICC demanding that 14 Hamas leaders be investigated for crimes committed against the Palestinian people and other war crimes. The Gazan who filed the case lost his wife, children, and home during the Gaza war. All war criminals must be held accountable.

BREAKING from @Jerusalem_Post: A Palestinian man from Gaza has formally demanded that the International Criminal Court investigate 14 Hamas leaders for crimes committed against Palestinians. The man lost his wife, children, and other family members during the war in Gaza. He argues that if Hamas had not committed war crimes against Palestinians, particularly the crime of using civilians as human shields, his family and countless other Gazans would still be alive. War crimes and crimes against humanity listed in the submission include using civilians as human shields, attacking civilians, causing great suffering, destruction of property, excessive incidental death, injury, or damage, conscripting children, murder, extermination, torture, persecution, and more. The Hamas leaders named in the submission are Izz al-Din al-Haddad, Khaled Mashaal, Mahmoud al-Zahar, Mohammed Odeh, Muhannad Rajab, Khalil al-Hayya, Mousa Abu Marzook, Ghazi Hamad, Izzat al-Rishq, Fathi Hamad, Nizar Awadallah, Husam Badran, Zaher Jabarin, and Basem Naim. For decades, innocent Palestinians have paid the price for Hamas's genocidal war against Israel. They deserve justice. The submission was filed on behalf of the Gazan man by American attorneys @ElliotMalin and Eli Rosenbaum and French attorney @sarah_scialom.

Trump on Iran ceasefire: “We really did the ceasefire at the request of other nations. I wouldn't have really been in favor of it, but we did it as a favor to Pakistan, terrific people, the field marshal and the prime minister.”

DN at its finest.

BREAKING: Israel has conducted a targeted assassination against the leader of Hamas' military wing Izz al-Din al-Haddad in Gaza Initial assessments that the attack was successful

Yesterday’s opening of the Fatah conference was not a celebration of Palestinian democracy. It was its funeral. Mahmoud Abbas extended his rule over Fatah through applause — not through voting, competition, or democratic legitimacy. Among 2,540 conference members, not a single person dared to challenge him or nominate themselves against a 91-year-old leader entering his third decade in power. Today, Palestinians are asked to applaud another carefully managed “election” for the Central Committee and Revolutionary Council — including the political rise of Abbas’s son, Yasser Abbas. The real scandal is not only Palestinian authoritarianism. It is the shameful participation of Europe in legitimizing it. European ambassadors stood there applauding. Spain’s Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez praised the conference by video. And several European parties sent messages of support. Europe — the continent that lectures the world about democracy, transparency, and human rights — became an active partner in endorsing corruption, fear, political stagnation, and dictatorship inside Palestinian politics. Palestinians do not need more applause for aging rulers. We need free presidential and legislative elections. We need accountability. We need renewal. What happened yesterday was not democracy. It was political theater sponsored by the international community. @EUpalestinians @LTinRamallah @malta_ramallah @ConsuladoEspJer @BelgiumJRS @ItalyinJlem @EUinIsrael @AusRepPal @UKinJerusalem
