@StudentLoanAdv I just got approved switch to PAYE - in 9/2026 it seems like it automatically defaults back to IBR? Not sure if that’s the timing or just because I’ll need to recertify?

PAYE, SAVE and ICR are phasing out over the next three years You need to run the numbers with the IBR and RAP plan Those who meet the criteria for new IBR will probably be better off doing that plan vs RAP Those eligible for old IBR should look at PAYE in the shortest term and switching to RAP in the future #MedTwitter
