Hello @JioCare, I recharged my JioAirFiber connection (No. 5483576437) with the ₹707 plan after receiving a Jio promotional message promising **2 months validity (1 month + 1 month free)** and ₹150 cashback. However, after the recharge, my account shows only **29 days validity

@JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare People choose JioFiber because the service is usually good, but this experience has been very disappointing. If this is the level of support, there are many other service providers available in the market. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

@JioCare I have been using JioFiber for the last 4-5 years because the service was good, but I never expected this kind of support. If the distance is slightly more, you should expand your network instead of forcing customers to switch to AirFiber. 150m is not a big distance.
