@UshaIntl It's been 18 days since I logged a warranty complaint (No: CC26070651244) for my BLDC fan on June 27th. Customer care keeps making false promises about parts being unavailable and "fixing it tomorrow". If you don't have parts, replace the fan! Please resolve this ASAP.

@UshaIntl this is the 2nd time, the blade broke while the fan was operational, this Heleous model from usha is certainly a risk to life. I have 5 of these, need replacement for all these urgently.

xtremely disappointed with @UshaIndia service. Complaint CC26062652456 was approved for replacement due to a defective motor. I submitted the fan as instructed by your technician, but the dealer keeps delaying and customer care refuses to help. Please arrange the replacement.

I registered a service complaint on 01/07/2026 regarding the breakdown of my geyser. Technician visited my residence after five days. heating filament was faulty and informed me that it needed to be replaced but till now I didn't get any response from service centre.

@UshaIntl You are closing the case without addressing main issues: the 6-day installation delay and the additional ₹450 charged by the installer. Why have these concerns been ignored? Whether it was authorized? Customers deserve accountability, not just closure of the complaint.
