I purchased a water heater from @UshaIntl and after 1 year its not working. Then i call on usha customer care and after taking multiple followups from nov to march end i am not getting any resolution. Water heater still in warranty but no one cares in Usha for customer. Bad exp.

@UshaIntl on nov 13-2024 bought sewing machine for Flipkart and also I put a extend 1 year more warranty and now it has a fault anf I try to contact the usha cc and They assign a technician but technican ask to pay. And he doesn't know about the details also.
