How to Analyze Stocks – 6-Step Framework (Inspired by Peter Lynch): 1️⃣ Understand the Business – What do they do? Simple explanation? 2️⃣ Industry & Moat – Competitors? Pricing power? Can it be copied? 3️⃣ Financials Deep Dive – Debt? Liquidity? Profit growth? Cash flow? 4️⃣ Growth Potential – Future plans? Earnings growth 15%+? 5️⃣ Valuation – P/E reasonable? PEG? Undervalued? 6️⃣ Insider Behavior – Promoters buying? Insider purchases?

@griptmedia SF are against all landlords regardless. Corporate landlords are the best landlords. Follow rules and procedures by the book. As long as you stay within the rules as a tenant there are no issues. Worth looking at Ires Reit stock as a potential investment

@PearseDoherty Please refrain from objecting to housing development across your constituencies and maybe there would be more housing.

A generation forced to put their lives on hold because of the political choices of Fine Gael and Fianna Fáil. Those choices have driven house prices to the point where a typical home in Dublin now costs half a million euro. They are making it harder for young people and families to build a good life in Ireland. It doesn’t need to be this way. We will keep working until we have a government that puts ordinary Irish people first.
