6 (secret) Claude commands. Most users have never typed one: 1. Memory Tell Claude one fact about you. It saves it forever. "/remember I write in British English. Short sentences. No em dashes." Every future chat loads this context. 2. AskUserQuestion Make Claude ask before it guesses. "/ask I want a Reel script. Ask me about topic, format, length, and audience first." You click 4 answers. The output lands first time. 3. Interactive Chart Drop your numbers. Get a clickable chart. "/chart My top 5 Reels got 11.8M, 3.6M, 1M, 1M, 484K. Show as a bar chart." Hover, sort, filter. No spreadsheet needed. 4. Artifact Build a working tool inside the chat. "/artifact Build a weekly content planner with platform, topic, status, posting date." Save it. Re-use it any time. 5. Live Artifacts (New) Cowork pulls live data from your connectors and refreshes itself. "/artifact Build a live dashboard for Gmail unread, Calendar today, and Slack mentions." Open it tomorrow. The data is fresh. 6. Skill Creator Turn any repeat workflow into a saved command. "/skill-creator Turn my newsletter into 5 Reel scripts with hooks, CTAs, and posting times." Trigger it with one word, forever. Most people use Claude like a chatbot. These six commands turn it into a system that knows you, asks before it acts, and runs your workflows for you. Repost ♻️ to help someone in your network. P.S. Which one are you trying first?

how to actually use invideo agent one: 1. feed it the brand world once 2. lock the look, tone, and references 3. let it build the characters, settings, and shot options 4. approve what you like 5. let it run with the execution set it up right and it starts feeling less like a tool and more like a crew member
Invideo@invideoOfficial

With Agent One by invideo you get to be the creative director you’ve always wanted to be. You give it the brand world once and it remembers it forever across every generation. Just like that. No re-explaining the same color grade 500 times. No re-feeding it the same talent reference a million times. It does the heavy-lifting so you can make real campaigns.

When technology changes, true artists evolve with it. Mucha once embraced modern printing to reach the masses. Today, AI becomes the next canvas for his legacy. The past inspiring how creativity moves forward.
Accio@Accio_official

Alphonse Mucha used the latest technology of his time to make art beautiful and accessible to everyone. 130 years later, the Mucha Foundation @AlphonseMucha is doing exactly the same thing - just with a new tool in this AI era. @itsolelehmann mr beast making 250 employees read one book for a single concept is wild but honestly that level of alignment would fix most teams overnight

Ole Lehmann
Ole Lehmann@itsolelehmann·
i built a free claude skill on the framework mrbeast built his $5B empire on: the theory of constraints. from the same book he made his first 250 employees read. it's basically the 80/20 fundamentals of business growth: there's really one thing on your "i should fix this" list right now that, if you fixed it, would do more for your growth than the other 10 combined. and most of those 10 actually take care of themselves once you do. but most people pick the wrong one and burn a whole quarter on it. so the whole framework boils down to 5 focusing steps: 1. identify the bottleneck (the one step slowing everything else down) 2. exploit it (squeeze every drop of output from that step without spending more) 3. subordinate the rest (everything else on your list now exists to support the bottleneck) 4. elevate it (once you've maxed it out, invest to expand its capacity) 5. when it breaks, the bottleneck moves to a new step. repeat. the hard part is step 1. it's almost never the thing you'd guess. that's why i built bottleneck breaker to do it for you. import it, type "find my bottleneck", and it runs a Socratic interview to: 1. map how money actually flows through your business, end to end 2. pinpoint the single step where work piles up or starves the next one (that's almost always the bottleneck) 3. pressure-test the answer with your own numbers, so you don't burn a quarter on the wrong one at the end you get one verdict: the single step blocking your growth, plus your customized playbook for breaking the bottleneck (steps 2 through 5) once you find your bottleneck, every hour you put in makes a beeline to actual growth so you stop burning time hustling on the wrong thing. here's the skill, copy-paste it into your claude:

Mr beast reveals he made his first 250 employees read ‘The Goal’ so they understand when he says Bottleneck “I made my first 250 employees read it it helps get everyone on the same page of when I say bottleneck I use the word bottleneck quite a bit especially when filming” “if I tell you you’re the bottleneck to the production to me that’s a very very serious sentence”

Majestic Labs AI secured $100 million in funding to solve one of the most expensive and restrictive bottlenecks in artificial intelligence: the "memory wall." Majestic has unveiled the "Prometheus" server, a purpose-built system featuring a memory-first architecture. It disaggregates memory from compute, connecting 1,000x more memory to each processor than today’s leading GPUs and packing up to 128 TB of high-speed memory into a single unit.
